CFK - Concern for Kids,
Ltd. is a non-profit organization and was founded in 1992 and reorganized
in 2002. The board's main function is to raise support and enable the
field workers so they can more fully focus on showing the love of Jesus
Christ to the people living there. Also the CFK Board screens and
recruits volunteers for our world-wide mission projects. We have operations
in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Iraq.
The Work
Past projects have provided disaster relief, built schools and clinics,
provided fresh water and even brought the first computer training to North
Iraq. Businesses were started and many people are even now benefiting
from the work in several countries, including the USA. The best part
is teaching people about how Jesus died to save them.
Mission Statement
CFK exists to show the love of Jesus Christ to kids around the globe.
CFK -- Concern for Kids,
Ltd., first organized in 1992, enables Christian workers to share the love
of Jesus Christ the Messiah with the children of Iraq and the Middle East.
We help people of all religions , ethnic origin, or nationality without
obligation. Our guiding principals include:
- Love
as Christ loved--unconditionally
- Serve
as Christ served--compassionately
- Speak
as Christ spoke--truthfully
- Trust
God as Christ trusted--completely
- Change
what is wrong with power from the Holy Spirit
- CFK
