One Medical Doctor is needed to supervise medical volunteers and our pharmacy.

In addition, this volunteer will hold clinic in villages, train village health care workers and represent CFK at all medical meetings held by the Director of Health. Living quarters are in the city of Silopi, Dohuk, or as near as possible to refugee camps. Conditions are adequate but not modern. Village operational areas may be affected by military operations at times and CFK work would be delayed. Alternate assignments assisting at the Azadi (Free) hospital in Dohuk would then be possible.

One nurse is needed for our Malnourished Children project. This project includes care for pregnant mothers and education. It is desirable for a long term volunteer. However, CFK will accept one to two month volunteers as an alternative. Living conditions and location is the same as for the doctor requested above.
